QA FORM 4, SHIP TO SHOP TAG
This tag (fig. 8-5) is used to identify controlled
material to be repaired in an IMA. Attach the tag to the
item to be repaired. It is a good idea to stamp the three
sections of the tag with a control number and log it in
your shop log (as described in chapter 1). This applies
only to ships with level I systems.
